I’m Kashif Hashmi, a husband and proud father of a son and a daughter. I enjoy exploring new places, listening to music, and driving wherever life takes me. Along the way, my experiences showed me how much difference dedicated support can make.
That understanding led to the creation of 3S Solutions — a company built to help businesses grow while nurturing a team that feels respected, valued, and inspired.
I didn’t start 3S Solutions to build a money machine. I started it to build something that mattered.
What began as a small, focused effort to help businesses stay organized and efficient slowly evolved into something much bigger. Project by project. Client by client. We grew. We learned. We refined our systems. We expanded our capabilities.
Over the years, we moved from supporting startups to working with global brands such as
Dropbox, Alibaba, Elance, Rolex, CNBC, and China Mobile Limited.Each collaboration shaped us, strengthened us, and proved that reliability, consistency, and care still matter in business.
Experience became our foundation. With over 14 years behind us, we have handled eCommerce operations, executive assistance, complex project management, web development, digital workflows, and modern automation. We’ve seen trends come and go, tools change, and platforms evolve but our commitment remained constant: delivering work that clients can trust, done properly, thoughtfully, and on time.
